We were able to get my mom into respite care at the Gables very quickly. Melanie was very helpful and not pushy at all at our initial tour. The place is beautiful and the staff is very caring and competent. My mom reports that the food is very good and likes the fact that she can order restaurant style from 7a – 7p. She’s also happy with the on-site beauty shop. She has no complaints except she’s homesick which is to be expected after only 2 weeks. We are definitely looking to place her there permanently.

I have seen a complete turnaround in my Mom‘s attitude. She is really happy and we are happy with the Gables. She’s involved in activities now where before the Gables she didn’t want to do anything and that just makes me happy. She is making new friends. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Staff cares about the residents as if they are their own loved ones

Our group was there making balloons for a carnival they were putting on for the resident. We had a good time, and so did the residents. It is a beautiful, well maintained facility. The staff truly cares for their residents.
